YOUTH SUMMER READING PROGRAM REGISTRATION

Friday, June 13th to Friday, August 8th

Summer reading is back! Our Youth Summer Reading program starts Friday, June 13th. The theme this year is Color Our World. We will be using the Beanstack app just like last year (you can use the same login as last year, just make sure to update the age of your reader) or you can pick up a paper log in our trifold brochure for this year’s Summer Reading Program. Just like previous years we have 3 separate age groups: 0-5, 6-12, and 13-19 so be sure to register your reader’s age correctly!

This summer, adventure begins at your library! Log the books you read to earn badges and rewards. We're embracing the theme Color Our World. Immerse yourself in a world of imagination with our Summer Reading Program at the library. Together, we'll embark on a delightful literary journey in which each book brings a splash of color to your life.

As you read, you can come by the library to add gems to your own personalized jar to be kept at the library on display. 1 gem = 30 minutes of reading time or one book. For each book gem that is added, we will also add one to the grand prize jars for each age group.

Prizes will be raffled off at the end of each week until August 8th. Winners will be contacted via phone number or email address. Once your fill up your jar you are eligible for a 5" Squishmallow or a gift card to a local business of your choosing. Additionally, you will get to keep your jar and your gems at the end of the Summer Reading Program!

The group who adds the most amount of colored gemstones to their jar will all win an additional grand prize for their entire age-group--a visit to the library by Mr. Softy! Come along as we create a vibrant summer full of adventure, inspiration, and the enchanting magic of storytelling.
