Great Decisions: Four Years of Russia’s Invasion of Ukraine and Its Impact on NATO Tuesday, August 12th, 5:30 pm (at the SI History Museum)
Peter has given three annual Great Decisions talks on the war in Ukraine, beginning in 2022. This year he plans to talk on the battlefield conditions now in their fourth year, the prospects for a ceasefire and the impact that the war has had on NATO and the West.
This program will take place in person at the Shelter Island History Museum.
